Aerial Mellow Height is for new students who want to learn the basics of Aerial Yoga but are afraid of the height. It is also a suitable exercise for those who want relaxation and deep stretching.

Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in class credit forfeited.
